应用型本科院校课堂教学模式构建与改革成效探究

Abstract

课堂教学是高等学校教育教学的主阵地。课堂教学质量直接关系到本科教育质量的成败。本研究采用质性研究方法,通过对应用型本科院校9名教师和9名学生的访谈发现,以“活力课堂”为出发点的教学改革带来了四个方面的主要成效,即“四个构建”:构建高水平的师资队伍;构建高层次的师生共同体;构建高质量的学习结果输出;构建高标准的质量评价体系。在“四个构建”的维度上不断夯实、创新和突破,将会带来课堂教学效果实质性的提升。
