本土化全球胜任力培养课程开发
—— 基于主题分析法对认知要素的探究

Abstract

我国积极探索本土化国际人才培养的路径和方法,旨在培育新型国际化人才。为此,需要建立符合中国本土化国际人才培养需求的全球胜任力课程框架。当前,全球胜任力课程开发体系中缺乏中国本土化元素,过多地参考了以西方为中心的全球化理念。课程开发中存在培养目标不明确、课程实施过程不聚焦等问题,使得国际化人才培养的效果未能符合中国对国际化人才的战略需求。本研究采用定性研究方法,通过主题分析法探究个人在提升全球胜任力认知层面的主要要素。通过对高校教师的深入访谈,研究结果显示,个人认知层面包括12个主题要素。这项研究为系统性构建全球胜任力课程框架提供了一定的实践意义。
