Abstract
优化高校政工师开展思想政治工作的策略，关乎到我国未来的经济发展和建设,关系到培养什么样的人，怎样培养人，为谁培养人，为我们做好学校思想政治工作指明了前进方向、提供了根本遵循。作为高校政工师，应以此为出发点,推进育人格局一体化,推进育人实践落地化，推进育人队伍覆盖化。
