Abstract

本研究聚焦高校学生人际交往困境问题,旨在从人格内外倾向理论视角进行理论探讨。通过系统梳理相关文献,深入分析内倾型与外倾型人格特质在人际交往中潜在的困境差异及其内在心理机制。基于此理论分析,探讨并构建具有针对性的高校学生成长辅导策略理论框架,强调辅导策略应遵循人格倾向适配性原则。本研究期望为深化理解人格因素在人际交往中的作用、指导高校心理健康教育和人际交往辅导实践提供理论依据与思路参考。
