Abstract

本研究基于教育公平理论框架，深入剖析了教育资源布局与行政决策之间的动态关联机制。通过实证分析发现，教育资源配置呈现出明显的空间异质性特征，具体表现为地理区位差异、城乡二元分化和学校层级分化等突出问题。研究进一步挖掘了导致这些问题的深层次制度壁垒和系统结构冲突。开展教育公平视角下的资源分配与领导决策研究，采用多案例比较研究方法，本文重点探讨了差异化决策范式对教育公平产生的多维影响，涵盖政策形成过程、资源调配逻辑以及成效评价标准等关键维度。
