Abstract

本研究探讨了文化创意产业中产品艺术设计与用户交互体验(UX)之间的复杂因果关系,认为用户体验是多种设计因素相互作用的结果。通过结合模糊决策支持与fsQCA,识别了三条实现高用户体验的路径:美学- 可用性- 情感、文化- 情感和创新- 可用性路径。研究验证了设计等效性原则,表明不同条件组合可实现相同结果,为文化创意领域的设计评估提供新框架。
