Abstract
效益最大化是每一个住宅项目都追逐的最终目标，但如何能实现项目效益最大化的同时，充分考虑项目的合理性，优化项目的产品设计及提升客户使用舒适性是我们思考的重点。文本将以一个项目案例，浅析城市纯住宅房地产项目设计要点，从而实现效益与方案的最优化。
