水利水电工程对生态环境的影响及对策

Abstract
水利水电工程作为重要的能源开发方式，在提供清洁能源的同时，也可能对生态环境造成影响。本文分析了水利水电工程对河流生态系统、水质、生物多样性及地质环境的影响，并探讨了相应的生态保护对策。研究指出，通过科学规划、环境影响评估、生态流量的保障、增殖放流等措施，可以有效减轻水利水电工程对环境的负面影响，实现工程与环境的和谐共生。
