Abstract

随着经济社会的发展，水利工程在保障供水、防洪、发电等方面发挥着重要作用。然而，水利工程的建设和运营也对生态环境产生了一定影响。如何在保障水利工程功能的同时，实现与生态环境的协调发展，已成为当前亟待解决的问题。本文旨在探讨水利工程与生态环境协调发展的策略，以期为相关研究和实践提供参考。
