Abstract
随着建筑行业的迅速发展，建筑质量成为人们关注的焦点，其中防水防渗施工技术对于建筑的耐久性和使用功能至关重要。本文通过对建筑施工中常见的渗漏部位及原因进行分析，深入探讨了防水防渗施工技术的应用，并提出了相应的质量控制措施，旨在为提高建筑防水防渗施工质量提供有益的参考。
