Abstract

本研究旨在探讨甘蔗风味啤酒对小鼠代谢相关指标的影响,通过对小鼠连续灌胃一个月后,观察啤酒组和对照组小鼠的体重、尿酸、黄嘌呤氧化酶活性、谷丙转氨酶等代谢相关指标,通过对小鼠的实验研究,我们发现甘蔗风味啤酒对小鼠的代谢产生了显著影响。与对照组相比,甘蔗风味啤酒在降低小鼠尿酸和黄嘌呤氧化酶含量方面表现出较好的效果。这些结果表明,甘蔗风味啤酒可能具有潜在的健康益处,并为开发新型啤酒产品提供了新的思路。
