Abstract

“三全育人”是当今我国高校育人工作的理念基础以及重要的指导方针，而高校辅导员则是“三全育人”育人体系中的核心人物，是“三全育人”方针的实施者、协调者以及引领者。本文将对“三全育人”的内涵及其影响进行分析，同时基于此探讨辅导员在“三全育人”背景下的角色定位，总结当前“三全育人”工作中高校辅导员工作的问题所在，思考“三全育人”理念下高校辅导员育人工作的完善对策。
