Abstract

演出监督是演出团体中的一个重要职务，在艺术表演的过程中，承担着舞台艺术各部门的组织以及管理职责。在日趋繁荣的演出中，演出监督的作用逐渐被院团所重视；而在当下各类戏剧节、演出季或艺术节演出监督的作用却还未被重视。本文结合工作实际，探究演出监督在各类艺术节、演出季中的作用。
