Abstract
本文以房屋结构大小为研究对象，应用 BIM设计一个房屋，房屋建成后，采用三维激光扫描仪对该建成房屋进行扫描，形成建成房屋模型，然后将两个模型比对，得出真实房屋和理论设计房屋在尺寸大小方面的差值，用以解决施工过程中产生的各个问题。
