Abstract
在新时代背景下，建设新型城镇化是我国实现社会经济稳定发展的重要保证，也是继续推进社会管理机制深化改革的重要举措。在目前的城市化进程中，出现了许多不合理的规划和设计，由此引起了各种各样的城市问题。文章从新时代的城市规划和城市设计出发，对目前城市规划和设计工作中出现的问题进行了归纳，并对新时代下的城市发展对策进行了探讨，为促进我国城市的可持续和健康发展做出了贡献。
