Abstract
新时期，水利工程作为国家基础设施建设的重要组成部分，对于保障国家安全、改善社会生活水平起着至关重要的作用。然而，在快速发展的同时，水利工程建设管理面临诸多挑战和问题，直接影响着工程的质量、效益和安全。本文首先阐述了新时期水利工程建设管理的重要性。然后，分析了水利工程建设管理存在的问题。最后，提出了新时期水利工程建设管理创新思路。这些创新思路旨在提高水利工程建设的效益、质量和安全水平，推动行业朝着可持续发展的方向前进。
