Abstract
现阶段，中国经济已进入高质量发展阶段，作为中国的支柱产业的建筑行业已逐步进入高质量发展阶段。建筑企业的规模也在不断扩大，新的建筑技术不断涌现，为建筑项目的施工管理提供了新的机遇，同时也面临着一系列问题。为了满足中国经济发展的需要和人民的需求，建筑企业应不断提高施工技术，及时解决工程建设中的问题，提出完善的应对策略，加强现场施工管理，促进中国建筑业稳步发展，为中国经济建设做出更大贡献。基于此，本文就建筑工程施工技术及其现场施工管理措施展开详细探究，以供参考。
