Abstract
由于化工工艺条件的特殊性，这些设备在高温、高压、腐蚀等极端环境下运行，因此对其安全性和可靠性提出了更高的要求。为了确保这些设备能够安全、稳定的运行，基于化工工艺条件的承压类特种设备检验工作显得尤为重要。基于此，本文首先分析了化工工艺条件对设备检验的影响，然后分析了承压类特种设备检验内容与方法、报告与记录、周期与要求以及出现的问题及解决措施，及时发现并解决潜在的安全隐患和故障，通过正确的使用和检验措施，提高设备的可靠性和安全性。
