Abstract

针对200MW汽轮机组主油泵推力轴承磨损,经对故障以及检修过程归纳,认为主要有原始设计尺寸影响,推力联合轴承工作面供油不良,检修工艺要求执行不到位等原因导致磨损,提出计算主油泵转子轴向推力,修改配合尺寸;改善主油泵推力轴承供油条件,增设高压润滑装置的改进措施;最后指出机组检修及维护阶段注意事项。改造后保证了机组安全稳定运行。
