Abstract
在“双新”课改背景下，普通高中美术选修课的具体设置与学习是一个客观问题，相对于校外培训学习针对普通高中选修课设置内容凸显的优势，把校内教育教学校外教育培训完美结合，达成双赢，服务社会，服务学生，落实党的教育方针，完成立德树人，培养社会主义合格的建设者和接班人。
