Abstract
超高层城市综合体在经济高速发展的中国如雨后春笋般地涌现。深圳尤为突出，一个边陲小镇在短短的几十年里就蜕变成超高层城市综合体林立的国际大都市。本文通过作者主持参与“深圳市中洲控股金融中心”（以下简称中洲控股
中心）长达八年的全过程设计和建设服务经历，对超高层城市综合体的设计特点进行分析总结，抛砖引玉，与设计同行分享与交流，积累更多的超高层城市综合体设计经验。在建筑设计层面上最大限度地减少项目建成后出现的各种遗憾，乃至避免投入使用时间不长就被拆毁的命运。
