Abstract
伴随着城市化进程的加快，高层住宅建筑作为城市建筑的主体，为城市提供了大量的居住空间，得到了广泛的布局。然而，传统的建筑设计往往忽视了环境因素，导致建筑能源消耗高、环境污染严重。为了实现可持续发展，绿色建筑设计理念逐渐引入高层住宅建筑设计中。本文从高层住宅设计中引入绿色建筑设计的优势出发，分析了绿色建筑设计在高层住宅建筑布局与选址、平面与立面设计、外墙保温结构设计、景观设计、节水设计及通风设计等方面的具体应用，以期推动高层建筑的绿色、环保、节能、可持续。
