Abstract
本文在华夏数字溯源文明史和诠释研究分析的基础上，弥补了原有的缺失，并扩展了应用范围，突显了华夏数字的独有应用优点。为数字、数据中有效精度的确定提供了简单、直观、好记、好写的方法。并以实例同阿拉伯数字应用作
了功能对比分析，使得原本辉煌的华夏数字在新时代更加辉煌。
