Abstract

由于无序加热不燃烧卷烟相较传统卷烟烟丝,存在黏度大的特征,采用 YJ112型卷烟机生产无序加热不燃烧卷烟时,该设备流化床送丝成型过程中会频繁出现堵丝现象,严重影响生产效率与产品质量。通过采取在卷烟机流化床位置处加装涡流管的方式,对流化床进行降温,抑制无序烟丝中香精、甘油等物质析出,避免烟丝黏结于烟丝导轨、吸丝带、铲丝刀和烟舌表面导致堵丝。流化床改造后,堵丝现象出现频次得到有效减少。该方法有效提高 YJ112型卷烟机生产无序加热不燃烧卷烟效率。
