Abstract

新阶段水利高质量发展的总体目标是全面提升国家水安全保障能力，为全面建设社会主义现代化国家提供有力的水安全保障。新阶段的水利工程建设不仅确保工程质量安全，更要注重工程建设中的水生态环境安全，以更好地保障人民群众的用水安全。
