Abstract
随着建筑装饰装修工程的不断建设发展，现阶段工程兴建期间施工实施阶段的管理工作广泛开展。在生态环保与节能意识不断提升的背景下，工程进行施工管理时，需要采取合理的绿色化创新管理方法。因此建筑装饰装修工程管理创新及绿色施工管理研究受到广泛关注，相关理论研究及实践探索大量涌现。基于此，简单分析工程中开展绿色施工的价值，深入探讨相关的绿色施工管理要点，以供参考。
