Abstract
随着城市发展速度的加快，市政公用工程建设量不断增加，涉及范围也越来越广泛。市政公用工程建设中，全过程咨询管理在其中发挥着重要作用，能够有效保证工程的质量安全以及经济合理性，但整个管理过程有着诸多重难点，要想实现对工程的精细化管理和控制，必须有针对性地克服管理中的重难点，从而降低工程管理中的一些风险，保证工程的顺利完成。基于此，本文围绕市政公用工程全过程咨询管理的概念、特点、重要性、重难点以及具体的应用展开了深入探讨，以期为相关领域提供一定的借鉴。
