Abstract
房屋建筑工程质量管理具有全面性、全流程性和复杂性特点，各施工环节采取监管措施后可及时纠正各类不符合规范的行为，快速处理质量缺陷，确保房屋建筑工程建设活动能够在指定工期内妥善完成。建筑单位要高度重视质量管理，剖析质量管理中存在的问题，并探寻应对策略。
