Abstract
机械制造企业精益化生产管理的研究意义深远而重大。随着全球市场竞争的日益激烈，机械制造企业面临着巨大的压力和挑战。传统的生产管理模式已经无法满足现代企业的需求，企业需要寻求一种更为高效、灵活和可持续的生产管理方式。而精益化生产管理作为一种先进的管理理念和方法，正是机械制造企业实现转型升级、提升竞争力的关键所在。
