本文深入探讨了计算机网络通信技术中的故障问题，分析其产生原因，并提出了有效的预防和解决方案。通过实施预防性维护、响应性维护、优化改进和安全管理四大策略，可降低故障发生概率，提高处理效率，确保网络通信技术的稳定、高效和安全运行，对各行各业的信息化进程具有重要意义。
