Abstract
工程造价估算是项目管理中至关重要的一环。本文旨在探讨工程造价估算的常用方法及其误差分析。首先介绍了几种常见的工程造价估算方法，包括工程量清单法、比例估算法、单位面积法等。然后对这些方法可能存在的误差进行了分析，包括人为因素、市场波动等因素对造价估算的影响。通过对比不同方法的优缺点以及误差来源的分析，提出了一些改进建议，以提高工程造价估算的准确性和可靠性。
