Abstract
城市化进程正在迅速扩大，全球城市人口不断增长，然而，这种城市化潮流伴随着能源消耗、碳排放和环境压力的增加。低碳城市规划和设计已经成为城市规划师和设计师的重要任务，旨在减少城市的碳足迹，提高城市的可持续性。
