Abstract
本文以关于建筑材料价格波动对于建筑工程总造价的影响为主题，从全球范围内建筑材料市场的调研分析入手，揭示建筑材料价格波动的主要原因和影响因素。然后，通过对不同建筑项目案例的实证研究，探讨建筑材料价格波动对建筑工程总造价的影响程度，并提出相应的对策指导。
