Abstract
建筑项目施工中，传统设计方法暴露出很多问题，如严重浪费能源、污染排放加剧等，背离了公众对居住环境质量提出的新要求，由此出现了绿色设计理念。该理念的应用，对建筑行业实现可持续发展充分保住生态环境具有非常重要的意义。民建项目设计工作中，以绿色设计理念为核心，应用先进施工技术及工艺方法节省能源，加快建设环境友好型社会，为居民构建良好居住环境。
