Abstract
为住宅领域，更好的应用装配式钢结构，本文结合工程实例，提出装配式钢结构住宅工程应用中，会对工程造价产生重大影响的主要因素，并提出改进预防对策，对今后装配式钢结构住宅工程造价风险管控提供技术支持和借鉴，具有一定的实践指导意义。
