Abstract
煤炭是我国最重要的能源，对我国的经济、社会发展起着举足轻重的作用，我国的煤炭资源开发以地下开采为主，矿井地质条件十分复杂，在矿井中经常发生各种灾害。矿山发生坍塌或事故，不但会危及人身安全，还会给煤矿生产带来严重危害，所以做好煤矿“一通三防”工作显得极其重要。
