Abstract
笔者作为建筑施工总承包单位的一名普通项目经理，总结了所属公司近年承建项目的劳务管理中所显现的突出问题，通过对国内外行业数据以及公司各项目工人劳动仲裁或诉讼案件的分析，结合自身经历，解读最新政策法规，为施工总承包单位的项目经理部提供处理问题的思路，并希望施工企业进行制度化改革以应对日新月异的基层难题。
