Abstract
本文深入探讨了建筑工程施工安全管理的实践与思考，通过构建完善的施工现场安全管理体系，强化安全教育培训，积极应用安全技术措施，以及不断完善创新安全监管机制，目的是为提升建筑工程施工安全管理水平，降低安全事故风险。文章结合具体案例，剖析了当前施工安全管理中存在的突出问题，并提出了针对性的改进措施和建议。本文希望可以为建筑工程施工安全管理提供有益参考，推动行业安全管理水平的持续提升，确保建筑工程的安全稳定进行，为社会的和谐发展贡献力量。
