Abstract
本文深入探讨了机械设备工程中的故障诊断与维护问题。其中，概述了机械设备故障诊断的重要性及常用方法，包括基于信号的故障诊断、基于模型的故障诊断以及人工智能在故障诊断中的应用，同时分析了机械设备维护的策略，包括预防性维护、修复性维护以及状态监测维护。通过案例研究，本文揭示了故障诊断与维护在提高设备可靠性、降低运营成本方面的关键作用。最后，总结了当前研究的不足并且展望了机械设备故障诊断与维护的未来发展趋势。
