Abstract
随着信息技术的迅猛发展，建筑工程管理信息化已成为行业转型升级的关键路径。本文深入探讨了建筑工程管理信息化的实际应用，分析了其在提升管理效率、降低成本、优化资源配置等方面的显著成效。同时，文章还对建筑工程管理信息化的发展趋势进行了展望，提出了加强信息化基础设施建设、完善信息化管理制度、培养信息化人才等策略，以期推动建筑工程管理信息化向更高层次发展。通过本研究，旨在为我国建筑工程管理信息化的应用与发展提供理论支持和实践指导。
