Abstract
伴随着技术的发展和市场需求的变化，传统的管理模式和质量控制方法正面临着前所未有的挑战。这些挑战不仅关系到工程质量和安全，也直接影响到工程效率和成本。基于此，文章对冶金建筑施工管理及质量控制展开探究，分析冶金建筑施工管理及质量控制意义，阐述冶金建筑施工管理及质量控制基本原则，并给出冶金建筑施工管理及质量控制措施，旨为冶金建筑领域的施工管理和质量控制提供新的视角和解决方案。
