美国内战时期骑兵改革
美国内战前骑兵缓慢发展，伴随着南北军事冲突骑兵逐步得到重视，由于美国骑兵在内战前存在诸多问题，因此骑兵面临着改革的重要任务，在军队将领及各方势力的推动下，骑兵最终革除弊端，美国内战后骑兵成为了美国重要的军事力量。
