Abstract
作为一种新型的发展理念，经济管理法律行为可持续发展理念在我国经济发展的过程中扮演着重要的角色。从当代社会发展来看，在经济管理活动中，以“自由”为目标，以“秩序”为手段。同时，为了达到经济管理的目的，对经济管理的权力进行了合理的分配，并对经济管理法律行为的法律价值取向及路径选择上进行了相应的规制，有效促进我国经济实现自由与秩序和谐统一。
