Abstract
本文以四化为目标，即规范化、标准化、信息化和现代化，探讨了如何推动统计基层基础建设的进程。通过分析当前统计基层基础建设的现状和存在的问题，提出了以四化为目标的改进措施和建议。文章强调了规范化、标准化、信息化和现代化在统计基层基础建设中的重要性，并详细阐述了如何通过这些措施提高统计基层基础建设的水平。
