改良心型整形美容缝合联合DPL 窄谱光预防创伤后瘢痕增生的临床研究

Abstract

目的:探讨和分析改良心型整形美容缝合联合DPL窄谱光预防创伤后瘢痕增生的临床效果。方法:选取庆阳市人民医院医疗美容科2023年 5月-2024年3月接受治疗的60例创伤修复术后瘢痕病例,随机分组分为常规组与联合组,各30例。两组患者均予以常规防疤治疗,擦涂硅酮药物、瘢痕贴,常规组在此基础上采用采用改良心型整形美容缝合术,联合组在常规组的基础上联合DPL窄谱光预防,采用改良曼彻斯特瘢痕量表(mMSS)对瘢痕总评分情况进行评估,瘢痕视觉模拟量表(VAS)、瘢痕颜色、瘢痕平整度、瘢痕外形各进行评分。结果:与治疗前相比,联合组、常规组的mMSS总评分均下降,且联合组治疗后mMSS总评分(5.38±1.49)明显低于常规组的(7.92±1.54)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后VAS评分、瘢痕颜色、平整度和外形等各单项指标均下降,且联合组的各单项指标评分降低幅度均低于常规组(P< 0.05)。联合组患者对外观满意度96.67%(29/30)高于常规组76.67%(23/30),差异有统计学意义(χ2=8.472,P =0.005)。结论:应用改良心型整形美容缝合联合DPL窄谱光可有效预防创伤后的瘢痕增生,满意度高,值得推广。
