Abstract
母猫子宫蓄脓病是指异常的子宫内膜继发病原微生物感染引起的子宫腔内积有脓液的疾病。该病多发于发情后2~3个月的未孕母猫，或屡配不孕的中老龄经产母猫。北京宠爱国际动物医疗中心近期收治20例豹猫、布偶猫、阿比西亚种猫等患病子宫蓄脓的病例，由于品种名贵，都是繁殖的种猫，主人坚决反对子宫病理性摘除，随后采取子宫冲洗法保守治疗，全部康复，效果明显。
