IgG4相关性自身免疫性疾病合并糖尿病两例
IgG4相关疾病（IgG4-rd）是一种自身免疫疾病，首次于2003年发现 [1]，表现为自身免疫性胰腺炎、硬化性胆管炎及腹膜后纤维化 [2]。如果未经过系统治疗，不除外激素及免疫抑制药物治疗，IgG4-rd会导致局部器官的病理性改变甚至患者的死亡。本文回顾性分析我院收治的两例 IgG4-rd合并糖尿病的临床病例和相关文献，旨在提高对于相关疾病的有效救治和机制分析。
