Abstract
结合某省以工代赈项目管理需求与国家、省政策要求，通过对以工代赈建设项目的计划管理、项目管理、资金管理、组织管理、监督检查管理等环节进行深入分析，运用定量与定性分析方法，构建一套科学合理的以工代赈建设项目绩效考评体系，将考评结果作为年度以工代赈项目分配的重要参考，促进以工代赈项目分配公平化、规范化，不断提高扶贫效益与社会效益。
