生态游客需求与偏好的文本挖掘研究

Abstract

近年来,生态旅游在全球范围内呈现出迅猛的增长势头,年增长率高达25% ~ 30%,显示出其已经成为世界性旅游的潮流,也为游客提供了更多元化的旅游选择。本研究旨在通过文本挖掘技术,深入分析生态游游客的需求与偏好,旨在为生态旅游业提供定制化服务策略。选取携程旅游网站内丰富的生态游景点信息作为数据源,运用BeautifulSoup4爬虫框架获取杭州景区游客的评论、星级评价以及旅游时间等原始数据。采用Pandas 和NumPy 进行数据预处理和分析,结合中文分词工具Jieba,对游客评论进行深度挖掘,通过百度情感分析大模型NLP 分析从而揭示游客对生态旅游的真实态度与情感倾向。研究结果表明,游客对生态旅游的喜爱程度日益增加,对景区服务质量的关注也在不断提升,这有助于理解现代游客在生态游中的行为模式,为旅游业提供定制化服务策略,同时推动生态旅游的可持续发展。
