SIT冲刺间歇训练对运动员爆发力影响的研究进展

Abstract

本文系统梳理了SIT的基本概念、训练特点、生理学机制,以及在不同运动项目中的应用研究,并分析了影响SIT训练效果的关键因素,如强度、间歇和周期等。研究发现,SIT对速度类项目的爆发力提升效果最为显著,对耐力类项目也有一定的积极影响,尤其在快速发力能力方面表现出普遍的促进作用。本研究旨在为运动训练实践和科学研究提供理论参考。
